Dreamkeepers Coaching

Support for individuals in search of coaching through the development, implementation, movement toward, and realization of a personal, professional, or creative goal.

No matter the size of your dream, we could all use a little support and coaching along the way to get us through our obstacles and challenges to where we want to go.

Since I was a kid I have been a Dreamkeeper.  The first Dream Binder I made was when I was 13 years old and I decided that opening an alternative corrections ranch facility for kids who needed healing, kindness, guidance, and creative outlets, instead of incarceration was my life calling.  Yeah, I wasn’t your normal teenager.  And while I haven’t quite accomplished that vision, along the way toward it, my dream changed and grew along with me.  It’s not an easy road being a Dreamkeeper.  There is a lot of anguish, frustration, and sorrow that goes with holding a vision for something and not always having the resources, the access, or the clarity to see the next steps.

I like to think of Dreamkeepers Coaching as a way to continue the support, affirmation, and encouragement I have received from many wise and generous mentors and elders who have walked with me through life.  Like the little Hobbit in Tolkein’s books, I think we all deserve a fellowship, a circle of collaborators, to travel the path alongside us.  It is quite rare that any of us create, sustain, and bloom into our dreams in isolation.

Together, we thrive!

Dreamkeepers Coaching is designed as an initial 10-session package that includes one-on-one assessment, accountability, and support as well as 6 months membership in a secret Facebook group of other Dreamkeepers.  Sessions can take place in person in our offices, or via confidential video platform.  While I cannot ever guarantee outcomes of my counseling or coaching work with clients, I can promise that we will work to identify strengths and assets; vulnerable places and impostor voices; next steps for success; and how to care for and protect our vision for the long-haul.  Our dreams are dynamic and sometimes the path we take to realize one dream, reveals a different aspect or goal altogether.  The most important practice of a healthy Dreamkeeper is to do what we can with what we have right now.
