A Space to Thrive is a direct-pay private practice.  Because we do not take insurance, we are able to serve a broader population of clients who may otherwise find that utilizing mental health support systems are inaccessible, and allows us to customize therapeutic care to meet the specific needs of each client.  

Fees:

  • 25 minute Initial phone consultation: FREE
  • Initial in-person consultation and assessment – 90 minutes: $185
  • Standard 50 minute counseling or coaching session: $135
  • Intensive counseling sessions for individuals and couples
    • 2 hours: $270
    • 4 hours: $540
  • Deepening Relationships Package for couples & partners: $1150 (pay as you go fee is $135 per 50min session)
  • Boundaries Bootcamp Package $750 
  • 12-week Healing Support Circle Full Registration: $750 (pay as you go fee is $65 for intake session and each weekly group session; client is responsible for weekly fee whether or not they are in attendance each week).

Fee Policy:

  1. As of August 1, 2019, clients must pay for initial intake session in full at time of booking in order to confirm appointment time.
  2. Clients will need to retain credit, debit, or HSA card information in Theranest for session billing purposes.
  3. As of September 1, 2019, all appointments will be charged in the morning of the date of the appointment; Saturday appointments will be charged on Thursday mornings.  This is to streamline the billing process for A Space to Thrive.
  4. Full session fee will be charged for late cancellation (less than 48 hours notice)/no show.
  5. A $50 rescheduling fee will be charged for any session that is rescheduled outside of the week in which it was originally scheduled.
  6. Fees for intensive sessions must be paid in full at time of scheduling for each session. Cancellation/reschedule of intensive sessions must be made 1 week/7days prior to scheduled intensive. Fees will not be refunded for late cancellations/no-shows.
  7. Fees for Saturday appointments must be paid in full at time of scheduling for each session. Cancellation/reschedule of Saturday appointments must be done by 3pm on the Wednesday before your scheduled appointment to avoid late cancellation/no-show fees. 
  8. Fees for any individual, couple, group therapy or coaching session or package are non-refundable.  Please be mindful of this policy before you confirm your booking with your payment.
